1. Site Visit:
The first step we follow for any site is to visit physically to understand client requirements, site requirements and accordingly suggest best & practical air conditioning solution.
2. Heat Load Calculation:
This is the most important step in deciding air conditioning requirements. A software based calculations are done based on site drawings and visit. Various factors like Sun light, window size, room direction, wall thickness, ceiling exposure, electronics equipments, Lightings etc. are taken into consideration.
3. Identifying suitable product:
We have wide range of air conditioning indoor units/outdoor units to choose from. We give recommendations to clients and architects for selection of right unit at right place as per their requirements. Recommendations are made based on type of application, furniture/other equipments layout and clients taste.
4. Coordination with Client & Architect:
An effective execution requires timely and informed coordination with client and architect. Air conditioning equipment execution is done in synchronization with Civil work, Electrical work, Plumbing work, Furniture work and Paint Work.
5. Step by Step Execution:
Air conditioning equipment execution is done in synchronization with Civil work, Electrical work, Plumbing work, Furniture work and Paint Work.Once the Piping work is over, the system goes through nitrogen flush, leakage test and vacuuming. Once indoors and outdoors are attached then again nitrogen flush, vacuuming, and electronically monitored gas top-up and commissioning is done. System goes through checkpoints for various parameters.
6. AC Positions & Piping Layout:
Once the indoor and outdoor sizes are confirmed, Software based schematic diagram is made. AC indoor and outdoor positions are decided and drawn in Autocad drawing with copper piping, cable and drain piping layouts and routes.
